Went to your link, my comment "Well that’s the truth…Yet we should not forget the only place for the enemy is under our feet."  In Christ we are completely absolutely, un-reservedly victorious. Satan is a defeated foe. But that is in Christ alone. You can not flight the flesh with the flesh, you can not over come spiritual foes with the flesh.  Enthusiasm, and exuberance won't do it,  In Christ alone do we have our victory. It is he "who trains our hands for war" and that my friend is simply the truth..

Agreed, sir. That's an image I keep coming back to. That "fighting from a place of victory". Just because we've won, doesn't mean the enemy is going to stop coming at us. And yes, Jesus is our strength. "The Sword of the Spirit" is just that. The SPIRIT. I thought that went without saying, which is why I didn't get too deep into. You gotta first lay the ground work for "THIS IS WAR" before you really start teaching how to fight it.

Yes agreed we fight from victory not for it. But fight we must, and that takes training , experience and internationalism. Yet we are all continually in training, its called the normal Christian life by Watchman Nee. Regrettably as your posts vividly express far to few understand the nature of the war for the Kingdom of God that is "at hand". Thank you for doing your part to bring forward the call to arms. It is needed!
