The enemy begins his challenges to the journey

The challenges are becoming stronger. I definitely am sensing the enemy at work. I am thankful that I’ve not had to deal with much opposition about my trip west but its time to prepare for warfare.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.      Ephesians 6:12 (NIV)

The enemy came to steal kill and destroy (John 10.10) he masquerades as “an angel of light” (2 Cor 11:14-15) and always seeks an “opportune time” to tempt us (Luke 4.13). He is very strategic in his attacks; he knows where you’re vulnerable. He is a liar and intimidator; he uses deception, fear, confusion, doubt, discouragement, depression, friends, money, and circumstances and if that doesn’t work he temps us to stay in our comfort zone.
