I had another significant dream last night, perhaps to show me how the enemy can intimidate me, causing me to feel unworthy.

I was traveling in Oklahoma near the Texas panhandle. An Indian man befriended me and we became quite close. His grandfather, the chief, had a problem with me. He confronted his grandson and told him I was swimming in their sacred cenote (a water filled sinkhole). I would defile all that was sacred and defile their way of life…I was unworthy.

I have dealt all my life with feelings of unworthiness but there is one who defends us against the accuser.

Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died —more than that, who was raised to life —is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.          Romans 8:33-34 (NIV)
