FAT AND LOVE !

As I was on ( not a diet Its a change of lifestyle) this past year. I needed to change the types of food that I consumed!  I created a poem to some way effect a part of me that wanted to succeed in this endeavor :                     FAT  AND LOVE 

        Keep on running  

from the things you must do. 

  Like dieting and cutting out    

 all those nasty junk foods.

  They are all real quick

and they taste like it too!

I've just gotta smarten up,

cut out  nasty junk foods!

Love can sometimes help!

   Can turn you around,

    It may even keep ya

from coverin same ol ground.

While love can have its purpose

  mite make ya feel better, too!

BUT! ya must always remember

   They mite not choose you!

No matter what the outcome

   for the good or the bad

   Ya can count on that fat

Seems to always stays around!

Your'e back where ya started

    A little worse for wear

Now all ya have to show for it,

   Is a little more gray hair.

      For others will come

hopefully, they won't always go!

BUT! all you really can count on

  Our FATHER GOD and YOU.
