What am I doing for the summer? Feels like survival...I know in the moments there is so much more, but I don't feel I can let out my breath - I kinda feel like I'm living in a state of alarm - spiritually always walking with my hand resting on my sword at my side "ready", not just hanging or fighting - Dad has another 2 weeks at this particular rehab and then home ? maybe - and how and in what condition and with what more limitations and unknowns? Yikes. It will be just around at the time I drive my son to meet my ex- to bring him for the summer, and that has lots of shaky places in my emotions and heart, though the decision is not one of angst and there is an okayness in my soul... so I must stop and get a pulse on myself!! hahhaaahahaa!!

Love and War
Just listened to John and Stasi's live podcast on leading a discussion group for Love and War. It was so great to hear their candid and real answers. And, how cool! They answered one of my questions during the session. Sweet!
Since I am now a single, I won't be leading any Love and War marriage groups right away, but after this evening I can't wait to read the book. I know it will help me as I wait on God for the one He will someday bring into my life.
