Tell us about your self (optional): I am a husband of fifteen years and the father of an amazing 5 year old girl. We live in Eastern Washington and I am constantly struggling with the balance of trying to be a husband, father, son, and employee.

It's a universal one and is far too late recognized and far too seldom dealt with...until the kids are gone, sometimes damaged by our wound and lack of time to shape them.
