I'm a 48 yr old single father of two daughters I was saved in 1997 fell in 2001 and just found my way back in 2008 I was giving a copy of Wild at Heart by a true friend and it opened my eyes and heart to some serious issues in my life. Thank you God and John.

I umpire Fatspitch softball for a living (NPF, NCAA, H.S. and ASA) in the winter I work PT for a local newspaper and ref. some H.S. basketball.

My daughters are 17 & 8 and next to GOD they mean the most to me. The oldest is a Jr. in H.S. and the youngest is 8 going on 30 (lol) I do fight for them daily and always will.

Even though I'm not into hunting I do enjoy fishing and hiking the dunes near my home. Just trying to stay in shape.

Hi Fred,
You were on my mind this morning so, I thought I would drop you a note... and a joke....

A blonde teenager, wanting to earn some extra money for the summer, decided to hire herself out as a 'handy-woman' and started canvassing a nearby well-to-do neighbourhood.

She went to the front door of the first house, and asked the owner if he had any odd jobs for her to do.

'Well, I guess I could use somebody to paint my porch,' he said, 'How much will you charge me?'

Delighted, the girl quickly responded, 'How about $50?'The man agreed and told her that the paint brushes and everything she would need was in the garage.

The man's wife, hearing the conversation said to her husband, 'Does she realize that our porch goes ALL the way around the house?'

He responded, 'That's a bit cynical, isn't it?'

The wife replied, 'You're right. I guess I'm starting to believe all those dumb blonde jokes we've been getting by e-mail lately.

Later that day, the blonde came to the door to collect her money.

'You're finished already?' the startled husband asked

'Yes', the blonde replied, 'and I even had paint left over, so I gave it two coats.'

Impressed, the man reached into his pocket for the $50.00 and handed it to her along with a ten dollar tip.

'And by the way, ' the blonde added, 'It's not a Porch, it's a Lexus'.

:) I pray all is well with you - God Bless.

Hey Fred,

Thanks for your comment on my blog post and your interest in participating in the BraveHeart Intensive. I've just requested to be your "friend" on Ransomed Heart. Once you agree to that, I can invite you into the BraveHeart Group on this site where we'll have a private place to talk about the upcoming intensive, and you can make a final decision about whether you want to join us. Thanks!

Fred,
Welcome to F.L.Ex. You have stumbled into quite an eclectic group of MEN striving to be a positive example to the ones that call us Dad. Your girls are beautiful. We would love to hear your stories and join you in your walk with your girls.
Firmly in HIS grip,
Todd Hilton

Hey Fred, in the top tool bar go to "Groups" and in the top right corner next to your name click "Add Group". For the group address, it will "auto fill" that in for you.
Any prayer request?

lol...okay, now there's an introductory comment I don't hear very often...and just for the record, I am a natural blonde and part Newfie (if that means anything to you...) :) And I do like a good blonde or Newfie joke.

Glad to have a friend with a sense of humour. Welcome to my world.

I'm sorry Nicholas - I got in a hurry and used the wrong name....I apologize. I'm convinced that we all need good mentors....in life...and to help us decipher our callings. How is the men's breakfast going? Any opportunity for a sage/mentor there?…
