The lottery is open for Advanced 8 Replies

Advanced is for alumni of Boot Camp. It is the next step for some, especially those who lead or go after the hearts of men.

Those who signed up for Advanced, did you know of this group

Have signed up for the advanced camp in March. Not too sure of what to expect weather wise. Grew up in the mountains of New Mexico and know that it can get pretty nasty that time of year in the Rockies... yet, still looking forward to the camp. Have totally turned off the TV since the Boot Camp. Feel like if I can spend two or more hours a day watching nonsense I surely can devote that to the Lord's work. What a blessing that choice has been. Don't miss it ONE bit. Actually feel alot better not having that sewer constantly running in the house. My wife thinks it is great...

I'm hearing reports that guys go on the wait list for Advanced and are getting in within a couple of days. That may not last, but you can try that if you've had a change of heart, or a change of finances.

Looks like they extended the deadline for Advanced lottery. I know they've extended a number of opportunities. I highly recommend putting in for it, even if October was your first time and you've only walked in this five months by then.

Please note a prayer request currently in the prayer forum.

Bill was at the October 2008 Boot Camp on the work crew. You may remember nearly being rundown by him as he spent most of his time driving the less mobile participants around on a golf cart.

Just a bit of trivia. This group has been the largest on ransomedheart.net for about a month now. It was the first featured group. Looks like sometime later this week, it will cease to be the largest, but being the largest wasn't the goal, and besides, unless this turns out to be like "Woodstock" or a similar event where more claim to have been there than could have been, there was a limit on the numbers who could join. Well, technically a currently tied for second largest group has a limit too, but its limit is in the thousands.

Hey all the new guys.

As the admin, I get notification of all the new guys who join. Welcome to the flood that just came in post some promotional e-mail RH sent out about ransomedheart.net. This works best only if we get a few initiators in here -- initiating conversation, being open and authentic, etc. I pray that a few here step up to make this an even more active group

I attended the October boot camp and am wanting to either find an existing support group or help start one here on the near west side of Houston (yes, location matters - ever driven in Houston?) Does anyone know of an existing group looking for another person or anyone else interested in trying to start one?
