Going through some dark issues
Lately I've been doing a lot of thinking of about death and when I will die. As far as I know I have no life threatening illness. But my habits haven't alleviated my fears. drinking alcohal has been something I've done at least once or twice a week for 3 years. I now want to quit and insure that I'm a healthy person. You know go walking and stuff. I'm going to the Doctor to get a physical to make sure I'm ok.
I'm 27 by the way. I would ask that you would all pray for me that God would alleviate my fears and that he would give me the will to stop drinking. I'd really appreciate your prayers. Thank you.

Your humility and recognition of the need for help is the door way into a different world, one full of light, one full of grace, mercy, and the power to change imparted by God himself, through himself, resident in you by your trust and faith in His life being made available to you...That's life in Christ and it is simply wonderful and much different form ones own self serving life.
